I entered the wrong information for my order, how can I fix that?
Please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org! Be sure to include your order number and recipient name in your email. Your order number is a 10-digit code in the body of your store confirmation email, consisting of four letters, followed by six numbers. Ex. ABCD-123456.
My order did not arrive. I think my order has been lost or turned back. What should I do?
Please notify us within four weeks of your order update, at email@example.com. We will definitely investigate and report back to you. Any notifications with products not arriving after four weeks of the order date will not be issued a refund.

All orders are final so please shop carefully. If you have questions regarding a specific product, please ask us before ordering at email@example.com.
If you encounter a problem with your order, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let them know what was wrong with your order.
If you incorrectly entered your mailing address and the product is returned back to us, we will issue a refund for the product(s) purchased. You are able to reorder the product again at your expense, including shipping the product(s) again to the correct mailing address. Please double check your shipping address is entered correctly! Thank you.

Shipping is calculated by this shipping service and varies by height, weight, and destination.
Do you ship internationally?Yes, orders can be shipped across the world to almost any destination! We'd be glad to ship to your location. We do wish to note, however, that the international orders may take a while to arrive, as we have no control over the international shipping process. As well, certain regions may charge a customs rate upon arrival, which is separate from any costs for the item itself. We are unable to ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we cannot ship to the following destinations: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.
How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping starts at $3.00 USD. International shipping starts at $10.00 USD. International shipping prices vary by location and weight. Unfortunately, we cannot factor in duty, or customs fees into this figure, we apologize for this inconvenience.
Where do you ship from?
All items are shipped via a 3rd-party warehouse and fulfillment location in the United States Apparel, and homeware items are shipped directly from this same dropshipping manufacturer, which has multiple outlets around the world.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers will be required to pay any customs, duties, or import fees incurred by local, or national governments. We apologize for this inconvenience.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Products will ship within 1-3 weeks. Preorder items will ship depending on the schedules laid out in the product descriptions. Domestic shipping can take up to 10 business days depending on the destination. International orders may take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination.
When should I order for holiday delivery?
Please place your holiday orders by 12/1/22. We highly recommend ordering as soon as possible, as this is a very busy time of year for our shipping partners. Delays due to staffing, customs, weather, etc. can impact delivery times. As such, holiday delivery can not be guaranteed, even if the order was placed by 12/1/22.
I'm ordering from overseas! Would it be possible to adjust the customs form to avoid paying fees?
We unfortunately cannot misrepresent or reclassify items imported from the United States. This would be in violation of international customs laws. We strongly recommend consulting all customs duties and regulations before ordering.
Limited Edition & Preorder items
How do Limited Edition Preorders work?
Preorders occur in three phases:
Phase One, Ordering: We open preorders for these items for approximately 10-14 days. After this window closes, no more orders will be taken. We then order our stock based on the quantities of each item.
Phase Two, Manufacturing: When we send away for our preorder items, the turnaround period for this varies from item to item. We will denote these manufacturing times in the product description.
Phase Three, Shipping: This is the fun part! We begin shipping out items as soon as they arrive.
Will you re-release Limited Edition merchandise?
We want to thank everyone for the incredible support of all our limited-edition collections. While we currently do not have plans to re-release any merchandise, we may bring them back for events and giveaways! Please be sure to follow us on our social media outlets for any announcements on potential re-releases!
What is included in the Tarot deck?
The Arcana Tarot is a complete 78-card deck, containing all the major and minor Arcana as they appear in the game. The cards are edged and detailed in gold foil. It comes in a paper tuck-top container.
